INSTRUCTOR/Founder
hey hey! I am a Lexington native with a passion for mental and physical wellness. as a 200 hr RYT, I began teaching in 2022 with the goal of making yoga accessible to all regardless of socio-economic status, race, or age. As a Master of Social Work student and a former d1 college athlete, I inherently prioritize and implement my learning and experience to make your experience with me meaningful and applicable not only on the mat but ESPECIALLY off the mat. With training in trauma informed yoga I combine evidence based Yoga techniques to reinforce social emotional learning. I have experience in corporate spaces (Nike), high schools, studios (LINES), and transitional housing facilities across New York City.
